COME EXPERIENCE HOW BEING HEALTHY IS FUN
Healthy Kids Day® and Walk is a FREE community event that helps families find fun through active play and educational opportunities and inspires them to carry that spirit of fun throughout their summer. Bring the family for a day of play, fun fitness activities, interactive nutrition demos and a family walk. Each location will feature:

• Healthy kid and family activities such as rock walls, pony rides, kids’ races, open swim, obstacle courses, inflatables, Zumba, face painting, Geo Mats, a walk at 12:30 p.m. which will include a free T-shirt for all child participants and more;
• Community partners including local fire and EMS volunteers, McGruff Child ID stations, safety demonstrations and dentists providing advice as well as toothbrushes;
• Educational opportunities like nutrition education, healthy snack stations, recycling stations and camp information booths;
• Special guests, DJs, school bands, dance teams and much more! Come experience how being healthy is fun!
